Club 420
  • Keelson: Remove damaged keelson; install new, color matched, Guck, Inc. keelson; new graycoat non-skid on the entire floor up to the mast step. The new keelson is much stronger than the stock part, and will prevent further damage to the aft floor section of the hull. Price: $420 Pictures of the keelson project.

  • Super Bow: Grind away damaged glass and filler; increase radius on the bow knuckle; add 3 layers 9oz. Glass; fair and refinish to match. Stronger than stock and will stand up to impact and abuse much better. Price: $195

  • Rub Rail: Replace existing rail with new, glue on, heavy duty rub rail. Price includes the new rail, filling any voids and repairing any other minor damage found under the existing rail. Price: $210

  • Super Transom Corners: Repair 2 damaged transom corners; includes removal of the transom bonding flange, filling the existing rail gap, rounding of all edges, re-glassing the hull to deck, fairing and re-finishing to match. This repair strengthens this very vulnerable area of the boat, and should prevent any future damage by eliminating the standard, weak bonding flanges. This is our most popular Club 420 repair, and should withstand years of abuse. Price: $320

  • "#" Repairs: Our "number system" repair of various holes, cracks, rail damage or anything else that requires glass work. Repairs range from 5" round to 8" x 24" ovals, and include grinding, glass work, fairing and refinishing to match. Price: $125-165 each

Optimist
  • Opti Deck: Remove damaged deck entirely; replace with new, color matched, Guck, Inc. deck. New deck looks just like the stock deck, but is more than twice as strong and should gives years of trouble free service. Makes any old, beat up, oft repaired Opti look like a new boat! Price: $400

  • Opti Super Deck: The "Opti Deck" taken to the next level! New Guck, Inc. deck is bonded to the boat; the rail is filled and rounded; 2 layers of glass tape bond the deck to the hull inside and out. An almost indestructible solution for the toughest of Club environments! Price: $885

  • Mast Collar: Solve this age old problem once and for all! Remove existing mast collar and step, replace with Guck, Inc custom mast tube. This is a Laser style mast tube that will prevent further damage to the deck from toppling rigs. While stepping the rig, the mast is captive in the new assembly. This is perfect for the Club environment due to its increased safety and decreased down time! Price: $225
